     The Board at its meeting held today recommended final dividend @ 20% being Rs.2/- per equity share for the year ended 31st March 2017 out of the profits of the Company. The dividend will be paid within 7 days from the date of annual general meeting (i.e. on or before 3rd August, 2017), if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
