     Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).

    As per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed between February 05, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from February 14, 2015.
