     Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that on December 26, 2016, the Company has sold on floor of Stock Exchange 3,05,70,108 Equity shares which is 16.09% of Equity share capital of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL). This shares has been bought on floor of exchange by Future Corporate Resources Limited, a Promoter group Company, by way of inter-se transfer under Block Deal mechanism at prevailing market rate at time of trade.

    Consequent to the said transfer, the Company has disposed its investment in FLFL. The aforesaid disclosure is given since the Company was holding more than 5% of the equity share capital of FLFL.
