1.To consider and approve the proposal of Migration of Company from SME platform of
BSE Board to Main Board of BSE Limited;
2.To approve the draft Notice of Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form for obtaining
the consent of shareholders to migrate from SME Platform of BSE Limited to main
Board of BSE Limited;
3.To consider and approve the appointment of Scrutiniser;
4.To fix cut off date
