The Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Saturday, 22nd July, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Science City Mini Auditorium, JBS Haldane Avenue, Kolkata - 700046 and a copy of the Notice convening the said AGM will be sent in due course. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 14, 2017 to Friday, July 21, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
