Further to our Intimation dated January 08th, 2018 informing the outcome of the Board approving the proposal, please find attached a copy of the Public Announcement dated January 09, 2018 published in the newspapers namely, The Financial Express (English National daily), Jansatta (Hindi National Daily) and Naya India (Regional Daily) on 10th January, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1988.
