     Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, it is mandatory for the Company to rotate the current statutory auditors of the Company on completion of term as prescribed therein. Accordingly, based on the recommendations of Audit Committee of the Company, the Board at its meeting held 18 May 2017, has resolved to appoint S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 324982E/E300003) as the statutory Auditors of the Company in place of Dalal & Shah LLP, the retiring auditors. The Board has recommended the same for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 324982E/E300003) vide their consent letter dated 26 April 2017 have confirmed their eligibility.
