     Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and declare the second interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18.

    Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from tomorrow i.e. December 05, 2017 till the declaration of the aforesaid dividend by the Company and the said Window shall open 48 hours after the same is made public.
