    As required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to be informed you that Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary .

    The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the Company from the closing hours of December 15, 2017. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. His Successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to Stock Exchange .
