     Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3) along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.

    Pursuant to Clause 3(1) of the Share Dealing Code of the Company, Trading Window to deal in Company shares is closed for Special Employees from January 01, 2017 to January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive).

    Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a presentation to analysts / investors on financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 shall be made on the same day after the meeting.
