     Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).

    Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading by designated persons shall be closed from January 17, 2017 to January 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the above.
