This is to inform you that Titagarh Firema Adler SpA, (TFA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Titagarh Wagons Limited ('TWL'), at its general meeting held on 20th day of July, 2017 has inter alia taken the following decisions:
1. To change the name of TFA to 'Titagarh Firema S.p.A.' (TF) since Adler Plastic SpA (Adler) has sold its ten percent stake to Titagarh Singapore Pte. Ltd. (another wholly owned subsidiary of TWL) (please refer to the intimation issued by TWL on June 20, 2017);
2. To continue with the same Board composition of TF as remains after the resignation of the nominee of Adler; and
3. To shift the registered office of TF from Milan to Caserta, Italy.
