     Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting - Appointment of Statutory Auditors | 2/27/2017 6:39:19 PM 
     Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 of the Companies Act 2013, as amended, and rules framed thereunder, the Company is required to rotate its Statutory Auditors in the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. M/s. SRBC & Co, LLP are the present Statutory Auditors of the Company.

    The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 27, 2017, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 61st AGM, recommended the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co. Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a period of five years, from the conclusion of the Sixty-first AGM, until the conclusion of the Sixty-sixth AGM of the Company.
