     Kushal Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

    - To consider and if thought fit declaration of First (1st) Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2017-18 and other ancillary business related to the same.
