Tarun Shridhar has ceased to be a Director on our Board w.e.f. 1st January 2018 pursuant to the Notification No. 1-15/73-DP-Apptt.(2018) dated 01-01-2018 (Copy enclosed) issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh relieving him from the Administrative Ministry of MPP & Power of the Himachal Pradesh Government.
In accordance with the Article No. 33(d) of the Articles of Association which states, 'A Director representing a Ministry of the Government of India or any Administrative Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall retire on his ceasing to be an officer of that Ministry/Administrative Department.'
